All commercial photography requests shall be first reviewed by the Office of College Events and Scheduling to ensure that the request meets the guidelines detailed on our and to verify that campus activities will not be interrupted.

The form below must be submitted at least one week prior to the scheduled photo shoot. You will be notified via email once your request has been approved. No indoor photography allowed.

This agreement will confirm that I have agreed and volunteered to participate in the above stated activity taking place on the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ campus. I agree to assume any risks accompanying this activity and understand that if I am injured, sustain damage to my property, or cause damage to property of others, ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ has no financial obligation to me, my dependents, my family members, or my heirs for medical costs, indemnification for lost wages and any other types of permanent or temporary disability, or any other costs that may relate to such injury or damages. If, as a result of my activities, any other person or entity suffers any injuries or damages, it is my responsibility to indemnify any such claims being made against ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½. I agree to protect, defend and hold harmless ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ from and against any such claims.
